By purchasing a ticket by telephone, in person at the door, or via our website (desktop or mobile), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of sale.
Tickets are sold by RSCCTHT for their own productions, and on behalf of other producers, promoters, and event organisers. RSCCTHT reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme or casting where unavoidable.
Ticket Sales
- Tickets are offered subject to availability. Prices quoted in print or online are subject to change at any time.
- Prices, seating areas, and concession rates may be adapted in response to demand. Discounts cannot be combined or applied retrospectively and may be withdrawn at any time.
- We may introduce special ticket offers at any time and withdraw them without notice.
- Tickets are sold for the buyer and their party only. Resale for commercial gain is prohibited and may result in cancellation.
- Please check tickets carefully—errors cannot always be rectified after purchase.
Transaction Charges
Where transaction charges apply, they will be clearly shown at checkout.
Ticket Exchanges and Refunds
- Exchanges may be available up to one week before a performance, at our discretion and with producing company agreement. Exchanges are only possible for later performances of the same production and may incur a fee.
- Group bookings of 10+ tickets are excluded from exchanges.
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
- We may accept tickets for resale only after all other available tickets have sold, and subject to a fee.
- The event promoter or producer is primarily responsible for refunds. Generally, no refunds will be given once more than half the performance has taken place or once the interval has been reached.
- We reserve the right to provide alternative seats of the same or higher value if necessary.
Customer Service, Age Guidance, Security & Safety
- We reserve the right to refuse admission where other patrons’ comfort, enjoyment, or security may be affected.
- Every person entering the auditorium must hold a valid ticket.
- Children under 3 years of age will not be admitted to performances (except pantomimes).
- All children must be accompanied and seated with a paying adult at all times.
- Age guidance is provided as a guide only. Please contact us if unsure about suitability.
- Children under 2 may attend certain pantomimes free of charge if seated on an adult’s lap but must be registered with Front of House on arrival.
- Mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the auditorium unless otherwise stated.
- Sutton Coldfield Town Hall is a non-smoking venue.
- Strobe lighting and special effects may be used—please check with the Box Office before purchasing if concerned.
- Relaxed performances are available for patrons with specific access needs.
